Yet another half-marathon just for me...
I had not been running since the Friday evening before
(now I joined the cycle challenge, 45mins of cardio twice a day are enough... )
but I surprised my self being able to go for 1h40 at a decent pace:
7.6 miles/hour or 12.3 kms/h
for an approximate length of 12.8 miles or 20.6 km
(burnt 1116 kcal according to the heart-meter watch)

The nice weather helped surely. A bit cold still but sunny
And VERY MOTIVATED!
The city was crowdy
(for the Science Festival, which for me is rather "absence festival" this year)
so I thought it was a good opportunity to go in the historic center
and on main roads clearly facing incoming cars.
I only took that picture
Detailed and horizontally mirrored, this is was people could see.
